Once you have purchased online then please send your hair, fur or ashes

Horse hair does not need to be washed as I will do this when it arrives.

I do not wash pet fur. Please ensure ashes are securely wrapped

l return all items 1st class signed for, I would recommend you 

also use use this method when posting items to me.

Once your item is completed, I will send you a photo for your approval.

Turn around time is around 10-14 working days from me receiving the hair/ashes

Drop off and Collection

You may order and drop off your hair/ashes in person

but please contact me first to find a convenient time for us

both as I do have dogs to walk and horses to attend to.
